The technical stages for creating a mobile application:
1. Planning and requirements analysis stage (Discovery & Requirements)
: Defining the idea and objective: Precisely formulating the application’s function and target audience.

Technical feasibility study: Choosing the type of application (Native such as Swift/Kotlin for high-performance applications, or Cross-Platform such as Flutter/React Native to save time and money).

Determining the technical requirements: Does the application need its own backend server? Or will it rely on off-the-shelf services like Firebase?

2. User Experience and UI/UX Design Phase (Design Phase)
Final Design (UI): Using software such as Figma or Adobe XD to design the interfaces with final colors, icons, and fonts and obtain approval from the client.

3. Software Engineering and Backend (Server-Side Development)
Database Phase: Design and build the database (such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) to store user and content data.

Backend APIs programming: Writing the server (using Node.js, Python/Django, PHP/Laravel) to act as the link between the database and the mobile application.

Integrating cloud services: Setting up hosting (such as AWS, Google Cloud, DigitalOcean), storage services, and push notifications.

4. Frontend/Mobile App Development Phase:
Writing the code: Developers begin converting designs into a real mobile application.

API integration: Integrating the server with the database and application screens to successfully retrieve and display data.

Developing advanced features: such as linking the electronic payment system (Payment Gateways), maps (Google Maps), or the camera and Bluetooth if available.

5. Testing and Quality Assurance (QA & Testing) Phase:
Bug Fixing: Examining the application on different devices (Android and iPhone with varying screen sizes) to detect software problems.

Performance Testing: Ensuring the application’s responsiveness and reasonable consumption of battery and internet.

Security Testing: Protecting user data and encrypting passwords and communications.

6. Deployment & Launch Phase:
Creating official accounts: Setting up a developer account on Google Play Console and a developer account on the Apple App Store for the client, with the client obligated to provide the subscription fee or work on the company’s account without paying any fees.

Preparing store assets: writing the app description, preparing keywords (ASO), and uploading screenshots and icons.

Uploading the application: Sending the version to stores for review and acceptance, then releasing it to become available for users to download.

7. Maintenance & Updates Phase:
Performance Monitoring: Use analytics tools such as Google Firebase Crashlytics to monitor any sudden crashes that users encounter.

Regular updates: Continuously releasing updates to the application to ensure its compatibility with the latest versions of operating systems ( Android/iOS ) and adding new features.

Package duration : 12 months. 
Technical support after project delivery  : 3 months free. 

The amount cannot be withdrawn once work has begun.
